Do not allow the remover to come in contact with water.  Leave in contact for 2-3 hours or until softened. Remove with a stiff nylon or wire brush, scrubbing in a circular motion. Wipe off any remaining residue with a xylene or toluene-soaked cloth. If any coating remains after scraping, apply a second coat.
