Safe Water began as a high-quality apparel company striving to produce the most durable apparel in the industry for both commercial and recreational use. Operating the company are graduates of SUNY Maritime College, equipped with extensive experience in both commercial and recreational boating. Established in 2022, Safe Water has been accumulating knowledge throughout our professional careers on the water. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and competitive pricing, partnering with trusted manufacturers. Payment & Shipping

Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit card payments as well as PayPal, Bread Financing, personal checks and money orders. All order information is encrypted so you can feel safe using the secure on-line ordering system. However, We also accept orders via phone, fax, and US mail. Telephone orders are accepted Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST. All credit card orders are subject to verification through a third-party screening service (Signifyd, Inc) to protect us and cardholders from fraudulent activity. A notification will promptly be send for suspicious orders and that require further information before processing. Orders placed using personal checks and money orders will be held until funds clear (approximately 5 business days after receipt). Legal fees and collection costs in addition to the outstanding balance will be collected for credit card chargebacks. Outstanding balances over 45 days old will incur interest at 1.5% per a month and will be referred to a collections agency. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping:

At Safe Water, we prioritize swift delivery to ensure your safety equipment reaches you when you need it most. Most in-stock orders ship the same day, while those placed later may ship the next business day. Rest assured, you'll be promptly informed if any item is out-of-stock (as well it will be "out of stock"on the product page), with most back-ordered items shipping within two weeks, you will be notified before checking out. We provide transparent communication and the option to cancel out-of-stock orders before shipment, without any charges until your item is dispatched. Our shipping options include UPS, USPS, or FedEx for domestic orders, with efforts made to ship from warehouses closest to you. Please note our shipping schedule operates Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and while we offer overnight and two-day delivery, these options do not extend to weekends or major holidays. For any shipping concerns such as damage, incorrect items, or non-receipt, please reach out within seven days, and our team will swiftly resolve the issue through our contact information, ensuring your peace of mind.

Returns:

At Safe Water, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. We accept returns within thirty (30) days after shipment, providing flexibility for our customers. However, certain items are not eligible for return, including open software, mapping/chart data cards, international orders, freight truck only items, and special order items. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. If your return meets our criteria, we offer various remedies, such as an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund to the original payment method. To initiate a return, customers must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) through our website or via email. Upon approval, an RMA number will be issued along with instructions for returning the package within a reasonable time frame, typically 1-3 business days. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to assist you throughout the return process.
