It retains all the features that made the AIT5000 successful—an integrated and patented ZeroLoss VHF antenna splitter, 5W SOTDMA transmissions, and NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, wireless, and USB interfaces—while introducing several major innovations:SPAIS Satellite TrackingThe AIT6000 incorporates Digital Yacht’s latest SPAIS™ (space AIS) technology with AIS transmissions now enabled for reception by AIS satellites. This functionality can be easily enabled from the set up menu and will prioritise your AIS transmissions for satellite reception, ideal for offshore and ocean sailors.Integrated NMEA 2000 GatewayThe AIT6000 has also been designed to become an onboard hub for navigation.  It features NMEA 0183 and NMEA 2000 connectivity for modern navigation systems. It also has PC connectivity via USB and a wireless interface supporting up to 7 tablets or phones which can utilise the data for app integration. AIT6000 adds a lot of interfacing capability through this WiFi interface with not just AIS and GPS data from the transponder being sent but also boat instrument data from the NMEA 2000 network thanks to its internal NMEA 2000 multiplexer – such as depth, heading, speed and wind information.Built-In Collision & Anchor AlarmsThe AIT6000 also has a built in interface accessible via any connected device for diagnostics, silence of AIS transmissions and also alerts for anchor drift and AIS closest point of approach (CPA) and time to CPA (TCPA).These alarms can be monitored through the wireless interface with an attractive graphical display of current status or NMEA 2000 alerts can be sent over the NMEA 2000 network for pop up notifications or NavAlarm audible activations. This allows navigators to receive critical collision-avoidance warnings even when a chartplotter is not in use. There is also a switched output on the AIT6000 power data cable which allows the alarm to attach to a sounder, relay or connect to a 3rd party system for alert activation.Web Interface with Integrated AlarmsInstallation is simple with an integrated and patented zero-loss VHF antenna splitter so the main VHF antenna is used for both AIS and VHF operation. B175M Bronze 0 Degree Thru-Hull 1kW for Garmin with 8-Pin ConnectorThe B175M’s medium frequency delivers the right combination of coverage under the boat, extended depth range, and the ability to produce clean and accurate target and structure returns in mid to deeper water. Medium frequency also provides excellent shallow to mid-depth performance, bottom detail, and fish-target separation. Operating at a frequency range of 85 to 135 kHz, this transducer reveals fish at medium depths of up to 457 m (1500') and gives ultra-clear target resolution.Airmar’s Tilted Element™ transducers have the element fixed at a 20°, 12°, or 0° angle within the housing. Because the transducer is installed almost flush to the hull, the tilt corrects for the hull's deadrise. It orients the ceramic element horizontally to ensure maximum echo returns to the transducer.Features:Garmin 8-Pin Mix & Match Cable for Chirp Transducers Depth and fast-response water-temperature sensing 1 kW of power Medium frequency: 85 to 135 kHz 16° to 11° beamwidth Maximum depth of 457 m (1500') 50 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer Low-profile, thru-hull housing provides good display resolution at speed when installed properly Recommended for stepped, planing, or displacement hull Bronze housing for use in a fiberglass or wood hull Also available in a stainless steel housing (SS175M) and a thru-hull (B285M) or in-hull (M135M) mount Patented Xducer ID® technology Specifications: Power Rating: 1 kW Max Deadrise Angle: 24° Housing: Bronze Functions: Depth, Temperature Hull Material: Fiberglass or wood Hole Size: Fiberglass or wood hull 95 mm (3-3/4"), Metal hull 105 mm (4-1/8") Usable Shaft Length: 55 mm (2.18") Mounting Style: Tilted Element Thru-Hull Acoustic Window: Urethane Common Use: Fishing Max Deadrise: Up to 24° Max Depth: 457 m (1500') Medium Frequency: 85-135 kHz Medium Frequency Beamwidth: 16°-11° Retractable housing: No Single or Dual Frequency: CHIRP-Ready Single-Band Tilted Element: Yes Weight: 2.7 kg (6 lbs.)
