1" Tall Stainless Stud w/#8 x 32 ThreadOur Small Stainless Steel Panel Studs have a wide range of uses. Originally they were used for mounting on the backside of dash panels for mounting to the console. Now they are used for securing a wide range of wire clamps and other small components to composite surfaces. The base plate is 0.62" in diameter with a 1" tall stud. Tensile strength is 300 lbs. and shear strength is 375 lbs. Maximum torque load is 45 inch/lbs.

Acrylic Adhesive - 10-PackCAN NOT SHIP AIR,UPS GROUND ONLYAT-4020 is a specially formulated adhesive for holding all our parts with little or no sagging in vertical or overhead applications. Cures in 10 - 12 minutes and has working strength within 40 minutes. AT-4020 is recommended for composite and plastic bonding applications and not for bonding to metal substrates. Unlike other 2 part acrylic adhesives AT-4020 has a one year shelf life when stored at 72 degrees but is best refrigerated when ever possible. Thru-Hull Installation Tool Thru Hull Installation ToolThe Concept:THT-530 makes the installation of standard GROCO thru-hull fittings possible by a single installer.  Slide the thru-hull fitting, flanged end first, over the tool.  (It will stop at the proper step.)  Tie a length of monofilament to the eye and place it into the already-cut hole in the hull of the boat.  Apply caulking to the flange of the fitting, and pull the fitting through the hole and against the hull from inside the boat.  Thread the mono-filament through the locknut or seacock. 8040 Acrylic Adhesive with Plunger AT-8040 is a good general-purpose adhesive packaged in a manual plunger cartridge. Simply snip off the two end caps dispense the needed amount of adhesive onto a clean surface and mix it by hand. AT-8040 cures in 10-12 minutes, has a 6-minute working time and develops working strength in 40 minutes. AT-8040 has a 12-month shelf life when stored at 72°. Weld Mount recommends that wherever possible this adhesive be refrigerated. Packaged in a 30ml cartridge this adhesive does not require the adhesive gun or mixing tips.
