1.5" Tall Stainless Stud w/#8 x 32 ThreadOur Small Stainless Steel Panel Studs have a wide range of uses. Originally they were used for mounting on the backside of dash panels for mounting to the console. Now they are used for securing a wide range of wire clamps and other small components to composite surfaces. The base plate is 0.62" in diameter with a 1.5" tall stud. Tensile strength is 300 lbs. and shear strength is 375 lbs. Maximum torque load is 45 inch/lbs.
Aluminum Wire TieUsed with Stainless Steel or Nylon wire ties up to 0.4 inches wide. 250 lbs tensile strength when bonded with AT-6030 adhesive manufactured of 5052 marine grade aluminum for UV and salt water resistance. Ideal alternative to welding or drilling and tapping to mount hoses, conduit, etc.

1.5" Tall Stainless Stud w/1/4" x 20 ThreadMounts to virtually any surface using the AT-4010 Acrylic Adhesive. This is a structural part with 500 lbs. of tensile strength and 650 lbs. in shear. All studs have 1/4" x 20 threads. Use for hanging panels, through deck mounts and many other uses.
AT-3 Small White Nylon Tie Mount - Qty. 500The AT-3 tie mount is smaller for panel and other small space applications. This part is molded in white nylon and is sized for a #3 wire tie with a maximum width of .20". Average pull strength is about 50 lbs. The square base measures .44" wide. Use this smaller wire tie for runs with only a few wires or where space prevents use of our larger tie mounts. Excellent for mounting compass wires on center console boats and for overhead panel runs.
Footman's Strap MountThe Footman's Strap Mount is designed to be bonded with AT-4020 Acrylic Adhesive. This strap mount is 3.25" long and 1" wide and holds up to a 1.3" max strap width. This strap is incredibly strong, paintable, and is rated for over 600 lbs. strength. Use it for battery and tank tie downs and mounting heavy hoses and cables or deck mounted for life raft tie downs.

Acrylic Adhesive - 10-PackCAN NOT SHIP AIR,UPS GROUND ONLYAT-4020 is a specially formulated adhesive for holding all our parts with little or no sagging in vertical or overhead applications. Cures in 10 - 12 minutes and has working strength within 40 minutes. AT-4020 is recommended for composite and plastic bonding applications and not for bonding to metal substrates. Unlike other 2 part acrylic adhesives AT-4020 has a one year shelf life when stored at 72 degrees but is best refrigerated when ever possible.
