Orion-Tr Smart 48/12-30A (360W) Isolated DC-DC Charger The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charger is a professional DC to DC adaptive 3-stage charger with built-in Bluetooth. For use in dual battery systems in vehicles or on boats where the (smart) alternator and the start battery are used to charge the service battery. The unit can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth and can be remotely controlled via a remote on/off switch and has an engine running detection mechanism. The Orion-Tr Smart charger can be used in 48V systems and is suitable for both lead acid and lithium batteries. Unlimited multiple units can be connected in parallel to increase output power.Suitable for high temperatures up to 55°C with a full rated output up to 40°C.Bluetooth Smart enabled
Any Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet, or other device can be used to monitor, change settings, and update the charger when new software features become available.
Instant Readout: The VictronConnect App can display key data, including warnings and alarms, on the Device list page without the need to connect to the product.
Fully programmable
Battery charge algorithm (configurable) or fixed output.
Smart alternator compatibility: engine running detection mechanism.
Adaptive 3-stage charge algorithm: bulk – absorption – float
For lead acid batteries, it is important that during shallow discharges the absorption time is kept short to prevent overcharging of the battery. After a deep discharge, the absorption time is automatically increased to make sure that the battery is completely recharged.
For lithium batteries absorption time is fixed, default 2 hours.
Alternatively, a fixed output voltage can be chosen.
Suitable for use in vehicles with a smart alternator (Euro 5 and Euro 6 engines)The built-in engine shutdown detection will stop the converter when the engine is not running. This prevents unwanted discharge of the starter battery.Remote on/offA remote on/off switch or relay contact can be connected to a two-pole connector. Alternatively, the H terminal (right) of the two-pole connector can be switched to battery plus, or the L terminal (left) of the two-pole connector can be switched to battery minus (or the chassis of a vehicle, for example). All models are short circuit proof and can be paralleled to increase output currentAn unlimited number of units can be connected in parallel.High temperature protectedThe output current will reduce at high ambient temperatures.IP43 protectionWhen installed with the screw terminals oriented downward.Screw terminalsNo special tools are needed for installation.Input fuse (not replaceable)Please contact your dealer for any returns, repairs or support issues related to this product. Tinned Lug 1 AWG - 5/16" Stud Size - 10 PackCreating a strong connection is essential to every electrical system. By using closed-end lugs, users get not only durability but longevity as well. Pacer's closed-end lugs are tin-plated and have no exposed seams. This means that they are ideal for marine applications. What makes them ideal is the fact that they can be used to create waterproof connections. When used with epoxy heat shrink, the closed end lug will fully envelop the conductor. This leaves nothing exposed to the elements. To use, simply strip your wire or cable to the proper length. Once this is complete, slide the lug over the exposed wire, making sure the insulation butts up to the edge of the lug. Now, crimp the lug using the correct tool, and you're done. Add epoxy lined heat shrink for added durability. Pacer's closed-end lugs are available in 8 AWG to 4/0 AWG wire sizes. The available stud sizes include #10, 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2". Selecting the correct closed-end lug isn't an easy task. Contact a Pacer expert today with any questions that you may have.Features:

10/2 AWG Duplex Cable - Flat Cable - Red/Black - 100'Duplex Boat Cable is used in low voltage AC applications as well as DC circuits. Pacer manufactures 10 AWG Duplex boat cable in house in the USA for the best quality. First, the cable is built from finely stranded, Type III tinned copper conductors. These conductors allow for flexibility and help to prevent corrosion. The PVC jacket helps 10 AWG Duplex Boat Cable to be flexible while preventing moisture from accumulating. How does it do that? During the extrusion process, the spaces between wires are filled. This leaves no space for moisture or air to accumulate. After that, a talcum powder coating is given to the interior wires. This coating is used to allow the outer jacket to be easily removed. Just another reason 10 AWG Duplex boat cable is perfect for marine use. Pacer's marine wire exceeds the requirements and standards of UL, ABYC, and NMMA.Features:
